The owner and founder of Metta Massage SK. I graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy in Regina and am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC).  

I specialize in therapeutic deep-tissue massage focused on pain relief, restoring healthy movement, and relaxation. My goal is to provide professional, client-centred massage therapy that promotes stress relief and holistic well-being for everyone.

The name "Metta" comes from a Buddhist word meaning loving-kindness; a deep, heartfelt wish for the well-being and peace of others. That spirit of compassion and care is at the heart of every treatment I offer. I look forward to working with you and sharing the calming spirit of Metta.
